Privacy Policy

This policy covers the ĂN ĐI website. It explains what we collect when you visit, book or get in touch, and how we handle it.

What we collect

Enquiries. When you send a catering, functions or general enquiry we receive the details you type in, your name, email, phone number, company and anything in your message.

Bookings. Table bookings are handled by OpenTable. The date, time and party size you pick on our site, and the contact details you enter on OpenTable’s booking form, are collected by OpenTable under their own privacy policy.

Site analytics. We use PostHog to understand how the site is used, which pages get visited, what gets clicked, plus rough location and device information.

Advertising. We use the Meta pixel to measure ads we run on Facebook and Instagram, so we can tell whether they bring people to the site.

Spam protection. Our forms use Cloudflare Turnstile to keep bots out. It checks some technical signals from your browser but doesn’t show puzzles for most visitors.

How we use it

We use your details to answer enquiries, arrange bookings and functions, improve the site and measure our advertising. We don’t sell your details to anyone, and we only email you about the thing you asked us about.

Who handles it for us

A few services help us run the site. Each one only receives what it needs to do its job.

  • OpenTable takes and manages table bookings.
  • Resend delivers enquiry emails to our inbox.
  • PostHog provides our site analytics.
  • Meta measures our Facebook and Instagram advertising.
  • Cloudflare protects our forms from spam.

Cookies

The analytics and advertising tools above set cookies in your browser. You can block or clear cookies in your browser settings and the site will still work fine. You can also manage how Meta uses your data in your Facebook ad preferences.
